11. A copy of every written contract of service, contract for services or other document constituting or pertaining to the relationship between owner and operator of a body-rub parlour or between owner or operator and a body-rubber performing services in a body-rub parlour, shall be filed with the Director of Licensing and the original of any such document shall be delivered to or made available for inspection at any time by the Director of Licensing, upon request, and shall be retained by the owner or operator for a period of six months after its termination. 12.(1) Repealed 2006.
