21 PART III:
- DUTIES OF LICENCE HOLDERS Adult Entertainment Establishment Every licence holder shall:
- produce their licence for inspection upon demand by a person assigned or appointed by the Director of Licensing to enforce this By-law; and
- (b) be civil in all dealings with the customers and members of the public.
