25. A licensee who is issued a licence on the condition that the Licensee provide further criminal or driving records, shall supply the information required by subparagraphs 6(1)(e)(i) and

• (ii) as applicable, on the intervals required by the conditions imposed on their licence. 25a Every licence holder shall advise the Director of Licensing immediately in writing of any change to the information required to be filed in respect of their licence under the General Provisions or the Schedule under which their licence is issued. 26.(1) Every person engaging in or carrying on any business for which a licence is required by the provisions of this By-law shall be responsible that all applicable law, including all the provisions of this By-law and the applicable Schedule or Schedules regulating such business, are complied with.
