Hamilton : Règlement no 07-170, art. 25(9) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

In addition to service given in accordance with subsection (8), an order to discontinue contravening activity made under subsection (4) or an order to do work made under subsection (6) may be served by a person assigned to enforce this By-law by placing a placard containing the order in a conspicuous place on the property where the contravention occurred.
