Where the application is for a Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installers licence, an application shall be made to the to the Director of Licensing and shall include:

• It shall be an offence for a Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Contractor to perform or have performed any Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or Ventilation work without employing a tradesperson holding a valid master’s licence or Certificate of Qualification issued by the Province of Ontario, to perform such work.
