29 Construction and Zoning The operator shall ensure that:
no construction, renovation, addition or alteration of a facility is carried out, except in compliance with this Schedule, ANSI/IESNA RP-28-07 as amended or repaced from time to time, the Ontario Building Code, the Ontario Fire Code, and under a valid Revised:
- November 2023 C:\Users\apepper\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\38JEUW0B\Business Licensing 07-170 Consolidated (November 2023).docx building permit;
- and
- (a) the applicable zoning by-laws are complied with.
