Hamilton : Règlement no 07-170, art. 3(3) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Where the operator has not given an employee or volunteer a notice under subsection (1), the operator shall give the employee or volunteer a letter in a form approved by the Director of Licensing and the Medical Officer of Health which contains the information set out in subsections (1) and (2), within seven days after being directed to do so by the Director of Licensing.
