Where the application is for a building repairs contractor’s licence, the application shall include:

Every applicant for a building repairs master’s licence shall be examined by the Building Repair Examining Panel of the Trades Examining Board as hereinafter constituted, touching his or her knowledge of the provisions of this Schedule and of all relevant codes and standards and By-laws relating to the planning and installation of building systems and equipment used in connection therewith;
