Hamilton : Règlement no 07-170, art. 5(3) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Every applicant for a transient traders licence shall, as part of the application, provide a letter of permission for the owner of the property where the applicant proposes to do business as a transient trader. The aforementioned property shall be in compliance with all requirements and provisions of the applicable Zoning By-law.
