All prosecutions and other enforcement processes commenced under By-law No. 82- · 82 of the Town of Ancaster, By-law No. 3823-89 of the Town of Dundas, By-law No. 96-27-F of the Town of Flamborough and By-law No. 4054-94 of the City of Stoney Creek, which have not been completed on the day this By-law comes into force shall be completed under those By-laws as if they had not been repealed.
