Hamilton : Règlement no 10-197, art. 3.2.4 — Sign By-law

No person shall alter a sign for which a sign permit has been obtained without the prior written permission of the Director and, where a building permit also has been obtained, the prior written permission of the Chief Building Official. Such permission may be conditional on a new sign permit or building permit or both being applied for and (10-316) obtained.
