Hamilton : Règlement no 23-162, art. 32(6) — Property Standards By-law

Any cost incurred by the City in exercising its authority to inspect under subsection 32(5) including but not limited to the cost of any examination, test, sample or photograph necessary for the purposes of the inspection, shall be paid by the owner or occupant of the property where the inspection takes place.
