Notwithstanding section 7.1a of this Bylaw, every corporation contravenes any provision of this Bylaw and every officer director of a corporation who knowingly concurs in contravention is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable a fine of not more than $50,000 for a first offence and for any subsequent offence, as provided for in subsections and 429(2)
- (a) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended from to time.
