- 4.1 General Standards set out in Section 4, the following regulations, shall apply to all Property within limits of the City
- 4.2 All work, Repairs and Maintenance of Property shall be carried out with suitable and sufficient materials and in a manner accepted as good workmanship and shall conform to all other Bylaws of the City, codes and statutes as applicable
