Kingston : Règlement no 2009-140, art. 9.2 — Sign By-law

Every corporation that contravenes any provision of this Bylaw, and every officer or director of a corporation who knowingly concurs in such contravention, is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not more than $50,000 for a first offence and $100,000 for any subsequent offence, as provided for in subsections 425(3) and 429(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
