- 10.1 Where a provision of this Bylaw conflicts with a provision of any other Bylaw or any Federal or Provincial statute or regulation, the provision that establishes the higher standard to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public shall prevail
- 11.1 References to any statute or Bylaw or any provision thereof include such statute or Bylaw or provision as amended, revised, re-enacted and or consolidated from time to time, and any successor statute or Bylaw
- Part 12 Commencement This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passing
