Encroachments
No person shall deposit snow or deposit or leave construction equipment, building materials or any other material or object in a municipal parking lot unless they has entered into an agreement with the City in accordance with section 4.20 authorizing the use of the municipal parking lot for that purpose. Municipal Parking Lots in which Payment is Required
