- 7.7 If a Person is required to pay an Administrative Penalty under section 7.1a in respect of a contravention of this Bylaw, the Person shall not be charged with an offence in respect of the same contravention
- 7.8 In accordance with section 351 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended time to time, the treasurer of the City may add unpaid fees, charges and/or fines issued under this Bylaw to the tax roll and collect them in the same manner as property taxes
- 8.1 Where a court of competent jurisdiction declares any section or part of a section of the Bylaw invalid, it is the intention of Council that the remainder of the Bylaw shall continue in force unless the court makes an order to the contrary
