The Applicant shall ensure that Tree preservation measures and Tree Protection Zone(s) are inspected by a Certified Arborist and a bi-monthly report is provided to the Director for the duration of the active period of Tree Injury and/or Destruction. Once Tree removals have been completed, a final report is required to confirm that the Tree(s) that were to remain on the site were not damaged during construction.
