- 18.2 Where an Animal Control Officer has reasonable grounds to believe that an offence under this Bylaw has been committed by a Person, the Animal Control Officer may require the name, address, and proof of identity of that Person
- 18.3 Failure to provide proof of identification satisfactory to an Animal Control Officer when requested to do so pursuant to Subsection 18.2. of this Bylaw shall constitute obstruction of an Animal Control Officer under Subsection 18.1. of this Bylaw
