Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 5(i) of this By-law,
no person shall park
a vehicle within the areas designated as Permit Parking on Schedule “H”- Parking Permit Program Areas of this By-law between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
unless there is a valid parking permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the vehicle is parked in accordance with the provisions of this By-law. (Amended by By-law 2021-117)
