Where signs have been erected designating a portion of a highway for Daytime Permit Parking only,
no person shall park a motor vehicle on a highway at those places designated in Schedule “N”- Daytime Permit Parking during the designated time periods and days unless there is displayed on the vehicle a valid daytime parking permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the vehicle is parked in accordance with the provisions of this By-law.
