Every chimney, smoke or vent stack and other roof structures shall be maintained plumb and in good repair so as to be free from:
- (a) loose bricks, mortar and loose or broken capping; and,
- (b) loose or rusted stanchions, braces and attachments; and,
- (c) fire or accident hazard.
