A Yard shall be kept clean and free from:
- (a) rubbish or other debris; and,
- (b) refrigerators, freezers or similar appliances, whether operable or inoperable; and,
- (c) objects or conditions that may create a health or safety hazard.
- (d) standing water in any depression or Equipment.
