Where a building or structure on a Heritage Property has been deemed unsafe and the necessary remedial measures to address the unsafe condition of the building or structure are being undertaken, the
Owner shall ensure that all necessary measures are taken to protect the Heritage Attributes and prevent damage or further damage to the Heritage Attributes.
