Every Owner of a residential building that has access to the Property through a laneway, shall firmly affix or cause to be affixed the Street Number for such Property to a wall of building, or other location, which faces the laneway so as to ensure clear visibility of the number at all times from the laneway. Such number shall be a minimum of ten (10) centimetres in height.
