DEFINITIONS :
- “ Eating Establishment ” means a building or place where food and drink are prepared and offered for sale for takeout or to be consumed on the Premises; and “ Foodstuffs ” means an edible commodity meant for human consumption and shall include but not be limited to items dispensed from vending machines.
