Licensing and Regulation of Stationary Businesses By-law

The administration of this By-law shall be by the staff of Licensing Section, Legislative Services Department in the Corporate Services Commission of the City;
- (b) The enforcement of this By-law shall be by Persons appointed by Council for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this By-law, which shall include the following:
- i) Municipal Law Enforcement Officers; and
- ii) any duly appointed police officer.
