Markham : Règlement no 2018-90, art. 2.5 — Licensing and Regulation of Stationary Businesses By-law

No Person shall conduct or lead a trail ride at a Trail Riding Establishment unless they have attained the age of eighteen (18) years and they have at least three (3) consecutive year’s experience assisting or leading trail rides in the immediately preceding five (5) years. All Head Trail Guides employed by a Trail Riding Establishment must hold a current certification in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and shall maintain a fully stocked first-aid kit on the Premises.
