Licensing and Regulation of Stationary Businesses By-law

No Person shall hinder or obstruct, or attempt to hinder or obstruct, the Licensing Officer, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer or other Person so authorized who is performing a duty or exercising a power under this By - law pursuant to S ection 426 of the Municipal Act, 2001.

- 37.2 Upon an inspection under Section 37.1, the Officer or other Person so authorized is entitled to request and have produced all relevant Licence s and permits and to have access to the invoices, vouchers, appointment books or like documents of the Person being inspected, provided such documents are relevant for the purposes of the inspection and the Person inspecting may remove any of the aforementioned documents for the purpose of photocopying, provided a receipt is given to the Licensee and the documents are returned to the Licensee within two (2) Business days of removal
