Licensing and Regulation of Stationary Businesses By-law

Despite Section 42.1, where a Corporation is convicted of an offence under the provisions of this By-law pursuant to Section 429 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, the Corporation is liable to a fine not less than $300.00 and not exceeding $100,000.00.
