- (1) Officers and Persons acting under their direction may, at any reasonable time, or at any time when a contravention is occurring or alleged to be occurring, enter onto any Property to determine if the provisions of this By-law are being complied with and may enter onto any Property to carry out any remedial actions required to bring the Property into conformity with the By-law.
