- 20.1 Any notices or orders required to be given pursuant to this By -law by the Director shall be deemed to be sufficiently served if delivered personally or sent by registered mail or by prepaid first class mail addressed to the Person to whom service is to be made at the address on the applicatio n or the last known address on file in the Legislative Service Office
- 20.2 Any notices or orders served by either registered mail or by prepaid first class mail shall be deemed to have been received on the fifth (5) day following the mailing of the notice or order
