Authorization:
- The erection, maintenance and operation of a Control Device on the Highway at the side and between the limits set out respectively in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule VII for the purpose of controlling and regulating Parking, and the designation of Parking Spaces in connection with those Control Devices, is authorized.
