Increased Fees Prohibited:
No person, who owns or operates a Parking lot or Parkade, shall require a Driver of a Vehicle which displays an Accessible Persons Parking Permit, to pay an amount which is greater than the Fee paid by other users of the same Parking lot or Parkade.
