Fees for Parking:
Where in this by-law a rate is stipulated for the privilege of Parking for a given time period in a Parking Space,
no person shall Park a Vehicle or permit a vehicle to be Parked in the Parking Space unless the fee has been paid for that period or any portion of that period, and the period shall be as measured by the Control Device controlling such Parking Space.
