Controls:
- The Commissioner is authorized to erect, maintain and operate a Control Device, or post a Parking Attendant for the purpose of controlling and regulating Parking in a Parking Lot or Parkade. The method of controlling and regulating Parking in the Parking Lot or Parkade is set out and described in Column 6 of Schedules V and VI of this by- law.
