1) All signs and any fastening or supporting components shall be maintained in good repair, and any sign which is excessively weathered or faded, or those upon which the paint has excessively peeled or cracked shall, with their supporting components, be removed or put into a good state of repair. 2) Signs and any fastening or supporting components that are not used for the purpose intended, not cared for or discarded shall be removed from the property.
