1) A roof of a vacant building and all of its components shall be weathertight so as to be free from leaks or loose, unsecured or unsafe objects or materials. 2) Dangerous accumulations of snow or ice shall be removed from the roof of a vacant building. STAIRS, PORCHES AND RAMPS
