Permanent Signs on Private Property By-law

The owner of a permanent sign shall ensure that every part of the sign structure is at least 0.5 m from:
- (a) the travelled portion of a highway, private road, lane or driveway; and
- (b) a parking lot or other area usually used by vehicles.
