Ottawa : Règlement no 2017-301, art. 13(3) — Traffic and Parking By-law

The provisions of paragraphs 12(2)(a) and 12(2)(d), and of subsection 13(1) of this by-law do not apply to prevent the stopping of a motor vehicle for the purpose of and while actually engaged in receiving or discharging a person with a disability provided that such motor vehicle has a valid accessible parking permit displayed upon its dashboard or on the sun visor in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act.
