No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking payment device on a municipal parking lot:
- any slug, device or other substitute for a coin of Canada or of the United States of America;
- or
- (b) any coin except a coin of Canada or of the United States of America which the meter is designed to accommodate.
