Prohibition:
Where an OFFICIAL SIGN to that effect is displayed,
no person shall, other than a taxicab waiting for hire or engagement, STOP a VEHICLE or permit a VEHICLE to remain STOPPED in a TAXICAB STAND, on any HIGHWAY between the limits set out respectively in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule VIII or during the times or days set out in Column 4 of Schedule VIII.
