Posted Time Restrictions: Where an OFFICIAL SIGN to that effect is displayed,
no person shall PARK a VEHICLE on any portion of a HIGHWAY which is set out in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule III, during the times or days set out in Column 4 of Schedule III, for a longer period than that set out in Column 5 of Schedule III.
