Where the City permits a gravel surfaced parking space, each accessible parking space shall:
- (a) be identified with a pre-cast bumper curb across its entire width painted bright blue and securely anchored in place; and
- (b) meet the requirements of clauses
- (e) through
- (k) inclusive of subsection (8).
