Notwithstanding the provisions of any section of this by-law, the owner of a vehicle on which a valid parking permit issued under subsection 2(b) is displayed, is exempt from Sections 15(j) and
- (n) of this by-law where the vehicle is parked within the designated Permit Parking area on the street named on the permit. By-law No. 6604/05 Page 13
