48 The following shall be kept in Good Repair and free from any Unsafe Condition:
- roof decks, soffits, fascia and related Guards;
- (b) every eavestrough, roof gutter and downpipe;
- (c) chimneys, smoke or vent stacks; and
- (d) other roof Structures.
