65 Parking Garages Parking Garages shall be:
- kept free from any Unsafe Condition and shall be maintained in Good Repair and in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Building Code;
- (b) adequately lighted, with lighting fixtures protected from accidental or malicious damage by the provisions of wire screens or by other suitable means; By-law No.7887/21
- (c) free from wrecked, discarded or abandoned machinery, boats, Vehicles, trailers or parts thereof;
- (d) maintained so as to prevent the accumulation of toxic fumes and the escape of toxic fumes into the Building; and
- (e) provided with clean, clear, unobstructed Means of Egress and readily visible exit signs.
