An Approved Container for Yard Waste shall be:
a rigid, reusable container with the lid removed when set out for collection and which clearly contains only Yard Waste and is clearly identified as a Yard Waste container and does not exceed 125 litres in volume; or
- (b) kraft paper bags with the tops folded to prevent precipitation from entering; or
- (c) bushel baskets.
