Lawn Maintenance Equipment
No Person shall emit or cause or permit the emission of Noise resulting from the use of Lawn Maintenance Equipment that is clearly audible at a Point of Reception in a Residential Zone:
- a) from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day, or
- b) from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
